Timothy Phillips is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist (RSPS) and Mental Health Peer Support Specialist (MHPS) with over six years of lived recovery experience. Drawing from his personal journey, Timothy brings authenticity, empathy, and practical insight to every individual and group he serves.

He specializes in mentoring and facilitating group sessions, creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow, heal, and rediscover purpose. His approach is rooted in connection, accountability, and hope—meeting people where they are while helping guide them toward sustainable recovery and mental wellness.

Timothy also holds an Associate’s degree in Biblical Theology, which strengthens his ability to incorporate faith-based principles into his work when appropriate, offering a holistic approach to recovery that addresses mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to his professional work, Timothy is deeply committed to community impact and outreach, with a passion for helping underserved populations—including individuals impacted by incarceration and homelessness—find restoration and new beginnings.
