Lizzie Davis Holley is a therapist with eight years of experience in the social work field. She offers a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy grounded in curiosity, connection, and respect for each client’s lived experience. She works with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and more.

Lizzie is passionate about supporting clients through faith transitions, religious trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, and physical disabilities. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and dedicated to creating an inclusive and accessible space for all clients.

Lizzie holds both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Divinity from Baylor University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in religion and music. Her background in social work and theology gives her unique insight into the ways belief systems, identity, and mental health intersect.

Before entering clinical practice, Lizzie managed a mental health and suicide prevention resource line. Lizzie brings extensive experience in case management, crisis response, community outreach, and program leadership. She is currently pursuing LCSW licensure under clinical supervision of Ashley Stafford, LCSW-S, EMDR-C.
