Ashley Stafford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor with a passion for helping individuals across the lifespan overcome mental health challenges. She specializes in individual EMDR therapy and has helped many clients achieve significant progress in their recovery. While maintaining a private practice, Ashley serves as Clinical Director at Aadhar, a nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to quality mental health care in the community.

She is also the owner of Canvas Outpatient, an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Fort Worth serving adolescents. She is certified in EMDR therapy and specifically trained in CBT therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, and Grief Counseling. Ashley has an attachment-based approach to treatment. Her professional experience includes direct practice of mental health treatment from children to geriatrics, research project development, implementation, and analysis, as well as higher education training, lecturing, and clinical skills practice. Ashley holds a Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas. She now lives with her spouse, daughter, and two dogs in Fort Worth, Texas.
